Questions

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for Versed Pro, not Versed.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
  2. Choose to request a refund, then pick a reason.
  3. Choose the Versed purchase and submit.

Apple says to expect an update within 24 to 48 hours. Refund rules vary by country or region.

Apple's guide: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

How do I cancel Versed Pro?

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Versed.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see it.

If there is no Cancel Subscription button, or you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already cancelled.

If you are in a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends so it does not renew.

If you have Pro, Versed's Settings screen also has a Manage subscription button. From there you can open Apple's subscription page.

Deleting your Versed account does not cancel a subscription.

Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

How do I get Pro back on a new iPhone?

  1. Open Versed and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Restore purchase on the Pro card at the top.

You can also tap Restore on the See plans screen. If Versed asks you to sign in first, do that, then try again. Use the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro.

If you were charged and Pro did not turn on, tap Restore or email support@useversed.com.

How do I turn blocking off?

  1. In Versed, open Settings.
  2. Under Apps and protection, find App blocking and tap Pause.
  3. Tap Pause again to confirm.

Pausing clears any minutes you have unlocked. To start again, tap Turn on in the same place.

Pausing removes the limits Versed set. It does not change limits set by iPhone Screen Time or by other apps.

How do I remove Versed's Screen Time access?

  1. Pause blocking in Versed first (see above).
  2. Open the Settings app and tap Screen Time.
  3. Find the list of apps that have Screen Time access, and turn Versed off.

Versed needs this access to limit apps. Without it, Versed cannot block anything.

How do I delete my account?

  1. In Versed, open Settings and tap More tools.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Tap "I'm sure, delete my account".
  4. Pick a reason, then tap "Delete my account".

You need to be signed in and online to delete your account. If you are signed out, this only clears Versed's information from your iPhone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Versed Pro subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings first (see above).

To check a deletion request saved on your iPhone, open Settings, tap More tools, then tap Deletion recovery.

What deletion removes, and what is kept for a short time, is explained in the privacy policy.

Why is an app still blocked?

Versed lifts only the limits it set itself. Other things can also block an app:

If iOS shows "Restricted" after your time runs out, close and reopen the blocked app to reload its learning screen.
